Miss Historic Jonesborough Outstanding Teen Pageant will be held on Saturday September  8th, 2006 at 7:00 PM at the Historic Jonesborough Visitors Center. Interviews will be held on Saturday Morning September 8th, Winners qualify to compete in the Miss Tennessee Outstanding Teen competition to be held in Jackson, Tennessee in March. Miss Tennessee Outstanding Teen qualifies to go on to compete in the Miss America Outstanding Teen Competition.

Ages: 13—17 with a grade standing of no higher than a Junior in high school.

Outstanding Teen Contestants are scored in these Categories: 25% Interview, 35% Talent,
15% Evening Gown, 10% Physical Fitness, 10% Casual Wear, 5% On Stage Question. The Talent time is limited to 2 minutes.

Title to be Awarded:   Miss Historic Jonesborough Outstanding Teen

Winner will all receive a $250 Savings Bond, Crown, Trophy and Sash, state pageant plus entry fee paid for Miss Tennessee Outstanding Teen Competition.

1st - 4th  Runners-up will receive trophy and savings bond
